3rd Arrondisement
by David Applefield
Very central with many lovely little streets, cafés, shops, etc. Congested, but worth it. Expensive. The Marais has lots of living advantages. One of the most desirable areas of Paris, for those who insist on old buildings with character and multi-cultural exposure. Rue des Rosiers is the heart of the Jewish quarter. Parking is dreadful.
