Women large clothing sizes
I am going to Paris in February and would love to be able to buy some clothes there. However, as a size 22-24, on my last trip I found that the largest size at Galeries Lafayette still a bit too small for me. Do you know if there are any stores catering for larger women? A: Julie, I called around town and found that most of the boutiques carrying women´s clothing stock up to the French size 48, which they say is already a taille "genereuse". I suspect that that´s not quite big enough though, although had you sent a digital photo I could have improved my research. On a lark, I called the famous men´s shop that specializes in clothes for very big men.

Bingo. If you ask enough questions, someone will lead you to gold. There is one store that specializes in clothes for large women: Lady L, tel: 01.42.78.56.50. Haven´t been there, but am I curious!
