ÉCU 2008 invites you to participate in a weekend of culture, conversation, and competition!
From March 14-16, 2008, the ÉCU Film Festival will present 100 independent films from 25 different countries at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France. The selected titles represent the pinnacle of contemporary filmmaking talent from around the world; throughout the festival, they will be judged by a prestigious panel of industry experts, and will compete for the title of “Europe’s Best Independent Film.ä Additionally, the festival will host an appealing array of workshops on the hottest topics in independent filmmaking, and will encourage unique networking opportunities.
This event is free and open to the public, and expects to attract up to 10,000 spectators.
